THALES to Provide Mission-Critical Command for Canadian Army’s Light Armoured Vehicle

Thales announced on the 10th of June it has partnered with DRS Sustainment Systems on a US $100 million contract awarded by General Dynamics Land SystemsCanada to produce mast mounted surveillance suites, operator control systems, engineering and support for the Canadian Army’s light armoured vehicle-reconnaissance surveillance system (LRSS) project.
