World Defense Show Announces Leadership Restructure to Support Future Growth 

As World Defense Show begins preparations for its third edition, the team is pleased to announce a strategic restructuring of its leadership, in line with its commitment to continuous growth and supporting Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.

The restructure comes at an exciting time for World Defense Show, which aims to build on the significant growth and influence it has demonstrated in the global defense industry. The changes are designed to enhance agility within the organization and ensure focus is maintained on the show’s unique offering and key areas of development.

Former Chief KSA Liaison Officer Mansour Al Babtain takes on a new role as VP – Commercial Partnerships & Liaison. In addition to his existing responsibilities with KSA Government entities and international delegations, he will now oversee the Sales & Sponsorship and Customer Experience divisions.

Former Chief Financial Officer Mansoor Al Qarni takes on a new role as VP Shared Services, adding Digital and IT as well as HR and Support Services to his current responsibilities of Finance and Procurement. This move aims to streamline the finances and support functions of WDS for optimal efficiency and transparency.

Andrew Pearcey, Chief Executive Officer of the World Defense Show, said: “The resilience and experience of our core team has greatly contributed to our success, and allows us to the develop and extend their roles and responsibilities to enable the show to continue to grow and evolve.
