Ankara – HAVELSAN, a Türkiye-based flight simulator solution provider and manufacturer, has successfully received the EASA Level D for the Airbus A320 Full Flight Simulator (FFS) developed for Turkish Airlines’ training infrastructure.
Delivered to strengthen Turkish Airlines’ flight training capacity and capabilities, the A320 FFS has been developed to simulate three different engine options, including both CEO and NEO configurations.
Additionally, HAVELSAN’s in-house developed STARVIEW Collimated Display System has been integrated into the A320 FFS and has received EASA Level D certification for the first time.
The simulator has been installed at Turkish Airlines’ training center in İstanbul and will be used in the airline’s active training operations. With this addition, Turkish Airlines now operates a total of three HAVELSAN manufactured A320 Full Flight Simulators.
