Furthermore, the event had seen more international participation from Enterprise Florida, the Czech Republic, Brazil, Ireland and Austria. To date, the show currently has 15 international pavilions with Brazil, Ireland and Austria all being new to the show.
The military delegations programme is also progressing well with the organiser’s in discussions with all key emerging markets including the Middle East, North and South America, India, Australia and Europe. In addition, it is also working with all FIA exhibitors regarding engagement with the RAF and the UK MoD. The Civil and Commercial programme also has five delegations confirmed from UK, Italy, Serbia and the Middle East.

Speaking about the forthcoming show, FIL’s Commercial Director, Amanda Stainer said, “We’re really excited at how FIA16 is shaping up. We pride ourselves on delivering relevant and useful content at Farnborough and the commitments from exhibitors at this early stage ensure we can continue to deliver the best content for them.”
