Egypt Air Show 2024: Showcasing Aerospace Advancements in Defense, Space, and Commercial Aviation

In collaboration with the Ministry of Defence, the Egyptian Air Force, and the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Egypt is set to host the inaugural Egypt Air Show at Alamein International Airport next year.

Scheduled to take place from 14th to 17th May 2024, this four-day event aims to showcase the latest advancements in the defense, space, and commercial aviation sectors. The organizers have announced that the air show will include a wide range of aircraft displays, including static exhibitions, live demonstrations, and captivating flying displays.

More than 250 exhibitors are expected to participate, featuring over 50 aircraft showcased in both static and dynamic presentations.

Additionally, the event will include a dedicated delegation program, welcoming over 100 VIPs from various countries, and hosting 20 country pavilions.

Arabian World Events is responsible for organizing the air show. Thomas Gaunt, CEO of Arabian World Events, expressed, “The event will serve as a meeting point for international air forces, civil aviation authorities, space agencies, airlines, and other VIP delegations to connect with the entire aerospace industry. Many key stakeholders have already confirmed their participation in the show.”

Egypt continues to strengthen its position as a host for aerospace and defense exhibitions, as it will also host the third edition of the Egypt Defence Expo (EDEX) later this year. Scheduled between 4th and 7th December, EDEX will present the latest military technology, equipment, and systems across land, sea, and air. The expo anticipates over 35,000 military and defense industry visitors.

Arabian World Events will organize the third edition of EDEX, with the valued support of the Egyptian Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Military Production.
