Air Corsica and ITP In Service Support, have signed a Support by the Hour contract that will cover full engine maintenance services for the ATR72-212A PW127F engines fleet. The contract will last for eight years.
Air Corsica fleet is composed of 6 ATR72-212A and 5 Airbus A320, with operations focused on regional transport from Corsica to France. The main base is located in Ajaccio, capital of the Corsican French region.
ITP is a Designated Overhaul Facility (DOF) for the maintenance, repair and overhaul of the PW100 engine family, including the PW127F.
ITP ISS will involve the ITP In Service Support dedicated PW100 maintenance service center in Ajalvir (Spain), along with focused customer support teams in order to meet Air Corsica needs of a dedicated and continuous support.
The engine maintenance program includes the following services:
· Scheduled revisions
· Unscheduled revisions (Basic Unscheduled Engine Removal)
· Overhaul of engines fuel nozzles
· 24H AOG & On-Field MRS (Mobile Repair Service), troubleshooting, inspections
· Engine Condition Trend Monitoring
· Rental Engine Availability.
