FNSS, a Turkish defense company, impressed attendees at the World Defense Show 2024 in Riyadh with its unveiling of the PARS ALPHA 8×8 armored vehicle.
The PARS ALPHA boasts exceptional features that set it apart from its peers, starting with its high ballistic protection and a unique all-wheel steering system that provides superior maneuverability in various terrains.
Despite being a massive vehicle with a 700 horsepower engine, FNSS managed to reduce the size of the PARS ALPHA by 70 centimeters while increasing the internal space by approximately 2.5 meters. This revolutionary feature provides more space for ammunition and personnel, enhancing the vehicle’s effectiveness on the battlefield.
The PARS ALPHA allows users to mount any weapon system and provides sufficient space to store the required amount of ammunition.
The PARS ALPHA is relatively lightweight, weighing less than 35 tons, and can reach 38-39 tons with mission-specific equipment. This contributes to the vehicle’s ability to move quickly and easily in various terrains.
