Cobham will be premiering the new AS270 advanced cabin server at Paris International Air show, 15 – 22 June.
The server, produced by Cobham Aerospace Communications Business Unit, is the newest member of the JetLANTM family of servers and routers. The JetLANTM equipment are already in operation on Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier and Beechcraft aircraft, and have been designed, built and qualified to stringent avionic standards for safety and reliability purposes.
The key features of the AS270 advanced cabin server include its compact size with large storage capacity, embedding the latest Intel (R) i7 Quad-core processor, allowing for maximum resources for In-Flight Entertainment and In-Flight Connectivity (IFE/IFC) data acquisition and processing, cabin management and much more.
The AS270 advanced cabin server is perfect for use on commercial and VIP air transport as well as government and military applications.
