AJW Aviation has signed an agreement with CAE covering various aspects of CAE’s aftermarket parts supply, including loans, sale or consignment, exchanges and repair management. Headquartered in Canada, CAE is a global leader in training and simulation for civil aviation and defence. With immediate effect, the agreement supports CAE’s customers globally as well as its world-wide training locations, spanning 35 countries. AJW Technique, the AJW Group’s component MRO facility, will be essential to the continuing success of the business relationship, with a bulk of the parts’ repair services being managed by the Montreal based component repair specialists.
The agreement reflects the many synergies between CAE and AJW, with both organisations being pioneers in their sectors and customer centric in their approach. Furthermore, both businesses serve global airlines, offering a wide range of tailored solutions.
“Empowered local decision making and innovative strategic purchasing play key roles in CAE’s success” comments Christopher Whiteside, President – AJW Group. “The GTA between our two organisations enhances CAE’s local and global capabilities. We understand how to support CAE’s day-to-day activities as well as their long term plans. Together we have designed an agreement which strengthens every aspect of their service offering, supports local decision making and increases their global purchasing power. Warranty management and volume discounts underpin the agreement.”
