According to organizers, the 2026 edition will feature more than 2,300 exhibitors from 66 countries, along with 42 national pavilions.

The Brazil Pavilion will be coordinated by ABIMDE’s Projects Director, Colonel Antonio Ribeiro. ApexBrasil, a partner in the initiative through the Sector Project, will be represented by the Sector Project Coordinator, Daniel Pirola. The Ministry of Defense delegation will include the Secretary of Defense Products, Air Lieutenant-Brigadier Heraldo Luiz Rodrigues, and the Head of the SEPROD Commercial Promotion Division, Arthur Diniz.

According to Colonel Antonio Ribeiro, Brazil’s presence at Eurosatory provides an opportunity to showcase national capabilities to government representatives, armed forces, security agencies, and international companies. “ABIMDE is preparing for Eurosatory with a significant presence of the national industry at the Brazil Pavilion. The event brings together delegations from different regions of the world, and, given the current European geopolitical context, there is a growing demand for Defense and Security solutions. The presence of 19 companies at the Brazilian pavilion represents a record for the country at the trade show and demonstrates the sector’s interest in expanding its international presence,” he stated.

Eurosatory’s program covers areas such as drones and robotics, embedded electronics, training and simulation, engineering and manufacturing, CBRNe, optics, cybersecurity, information systems, civil security, infrastructure surveillance, logistical support, financing, and exports. The event also includes dual-use solutions intended for both military applications and internal security, civil protection, emergency management, and critical infrastructure monitoring.

Held every two years, Eurosatory brings together companies and institutions connected to the land, air-land, naval, space, and cyber sectors. The 2026 edition will take place in an international context marked by increased investments in Defense, system modernization, and demand for technological responses to conventional, hybrid, and digital threats.

Brazil Defense

The Brazilian Defense Sector Project – Brazil Defense – aims to boost exports by developing and implementing platforms for non-exporting and advanced intermediate companies, including market monitoring, trade fairs, and integrated commercial initiatives.

Jointly led by ABIMDE and ApexBrasil, in collaboration with the Ministries of Defense and Foreign Affairs, the project implements a short-term international promotion plan to attract qualified companies to the global market. To consolidate Brazil’s presence and competitiveness on the international stage, integrating companies into the promotion plan and the sector agenda in the medium and long term represents a strategic step forward.
