MKE Debuts TOLGA 20 mm Revolver System at EURONAVAL 2026

TO PROTECT STRATEGIC CIVILIAN VESSELS

Developed by MKE, the TOLGA 20 mm Dual Weapon Revolver System demonstrated its capabilities by destroying aerial and surface targets during firing trials aboard TCG BEYKOZ at the National Unmanned Maritime Systems Exercise (TURNAs-2026). Alongside its military applications, the system is ready to protect commercial and civilian vessels carrying out strategically important operations.

The system can be integrated onto deepwater drilling ships, seismic survey vessels, cable-laying ships and floating power plants, as well as other commercial and civilian vessels, to provide protection against aerial and surface threats.

3,200 ROUNDS PER MINUTE TO COUNTER EVOLVING THREATS

With a rate of fire of 3,200 rounds per minute, three times that of comparable systems worldwide, the TOLGA 20 mm Dual Weapon Revolver System can engage airborne and surface kamikaze threats at an effective range of 1,000 metres using its anti-drone fragmentation ammunition.

Developed in line with MKE’s ‘Effective, Simple and Affordable’ approach, the system and its ammunition combine a high rate of fire with an effective response to these threats.

Advanced stabilisation keeps the guns on target while the vessel is under way, improving firing effectiveness. An elevation range of −30° to +70° enables the system to engage targets at varying heights and altitudes.

TOLGA 20 mm MAKES ITS EXHIBITION DEBUT IN PARIS FOLLOWING SUCCESSFUL FIRING TRIALS

Following its successful engagements against aerial and surface targets during the exercise, the TOLGA 20 mm Dual Weapon Revolver System made its exhibition debut at EURONAVAL 2026, held in Paris from 3 to 6 November.
