Bosnian defence industry company Pobjeda-Rudet plans to expand its production capacity in Gorazde with a new facility for a strategic raw material currently sourced from abroad.
The company has signed supply agreements with three major domestic defence manufacturers, UNIS Ginex, Pretis and Binas, which will become customers for the new production.
The investment is expected to create new jobs and reduce Bosnia and Herzegovina’s defence industry’s dependence on imported materials. The investment value and planned number of new jobs have not yet been disclosed.
