At Stand 2A 110 in Baku, HAVELSAN will showcase BAHA, BARKAN, SANCAR and a tank simulator. The exhibition also offers an opportunity to discuss the company’s experience in Azerbaijan and its wider command-and-control and enterprise software capabilities.
HAVELSAN will take part in ADEX 2026, the 6th Azerbaijan International Defence Exhibition, at the Baku Expo Center from 30 September to 2 October. Its stand will bring together unmanned air, land and naval vehicles with a training solution for armoured crews. The company will also meet users and partners to discuss how its software capabilities can support their operational and institutional needs.
HAVELSAN has delivered selected capabilities from its Air Force Information Command and Control System (AICCS) to Azerbaijani users. These capabilities support mission planning, information sharing and operational coordination.
HAVELSAN’s experience in command and control extends beyond air operations. Its Defense Out of Box (DOOB) Joint Command and Control System supports planning and coordination across forces. The company’s digital portfolio also includes the EYEMINER Video Analytics System, which helps users assess information from camera networks.
In Azerbaijan, KOVAN is in use through a personnel management information system, marking the platform’s first export. HAVELSAN’s enterprise resource planning platform supports the day-to-day management of large organisations and serves more than 62,000 users across multiple organisations. This experience offers a reference for regional partners with complex institutional processes.
In the air domain, BAHA is a vertical take-off and landing unmanned aerial vehicle developed for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance missions. Its modular design supports different payloads, while runway-independent deployment gives users more flexibility in choosing where to operate. BAHA has been accepted into the Turkish Land Forces inventory.
On land, BARKAN combines remote control with autonomous mission functions. It can carry different equipment for surveillance, patrol and tasks where sending personnel directly may carry higher risk. BARKAN is in the Turkish inventory and has continued to evolve through feedback from field users. Operators retain authority over its employment.
For maritime operations, HAVELSAN will showcase SANCAR, an armed unmanned surface vehicle designed for missions including surveillance, base and port protection, and mine countermeasures. Its mission management capability brings planning and control into the operation of the vehicle. SANCAR has completed acceptance and live-fire trials.
HAVELSAN will also display a tank simulator for training armoured vehicle crews. It allows personnel to practise individual tasks and crew coordination in repeatable scenarios, with training results available for assessment. The training configuration can be shaped around the user’s tank type and programme.
HAVELSAN’s presence at ADEX links its existing project experience in Azerbaijan with discussions on new requirements. The company’s approach to regional cooperation covers software adaptation, training and long-term support, with local contributions determined by the scope of each project.
