Pahang Aerospace City (PAC), Malaysia’s large-scale aerospace and technology development, today announced a landmark multi-national partnership with BigBear.ai (USA), Vigilix Technology Investment (UAE), and EasyLease (UAE) during the second day of the Dubai Airshow.
PAC will serve as a live testbed and deployment site for cutting-edge technologies, while BigBear.ai,Vigilix, and EasyLease will bring global defence-grade AI, operational intelligence, and autonomous mobility expertise to Malaysia.

This collaboration aims to position PAC as Southeast Asia’s first integrated aerospace, spaceport, and AI-security innovation hub, combining next-generation airport systems, smart city infrastructure, autonomous mobility, AI-driven border security, digital twin and predictive analytics.
The partnership reinforces Malaysia’s ambition to lead in future flight, future cities and future security technologies across ASEAN and the Asia-Pacific.
This announcement also supports PAC’s global strategy under the mandate of the Pahang State Government and the Majlis Kesultanan Pahang to accelerate Malaysia’s entry into the aerospace, space, and intelligent systems economy.
