The IDEX Abu Dhabi 2025 exhibition has come to a close, leaving behind a trail of fruitful discussions, promising business opportunities, and an evident strengthening of Poland’s position in the global security sector. The Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) played a pivotal role in organizing the national stand, which served as a showcase for cutting-edge Polish defense and security technologies.
Among the highlights of the Polish presence was the visit of His Excellency Mr. Rashed Abdulkarim Al Blooshi, Undersecretary of Abu Dhabi Economic Development, who engaged in discussions with Polish entrepreneurs, expressing strong interest in potential cooperation. His Excellency Al Blooshi recognized the technological advancements presented by Polish companies and emphasized the importance of fostering economic ties between Poland and the UAE. He explored opportunities for co-operation in areas such as advanced military manufacturing, digital transformation in defense, and supply chain partnerships. His meetings with companies like PGZ, Transbit, and Transition Technologies PSC underscored the potential for knowledge exchange and joint ventures that could lead to deeper integration of Polish defense solutions into the UAE’s security infrastructure.
Other notable visitors included Dr. Hamad Khalifa Alnuaimi, Head of Telecommunications at Abu Dhabi Police and co-founder of Digital Barza, representatives of the EDGE Group—a dominant force in the global defense industry—and Mr. Jacek Buda, Counselor and Deputy Head of Mission at the Polish Embassy in Abu Dhabi. These meetings underscored Poland’s growing role as a partner in international defense and security collaborations.
