RTX’s Raytheon showcases latest technological advancements at DIMDEX 2024

DOHA, Qatar (March 4, 2024) – Raytheon, an RTX (NYSE: RTX) business, will showcase a wide range of technological capabilities that advance multi-domain operations and provide combat proven air and missile defense, at the Doha International Maritime Defence Exhibition and Conference (DIMDEX 2024).

Raytheon will highlight its expertise in developing advanced counter-unmanned aircraft systems and a portfolio of combat-proven air and missile defense sensors and effectors. Of note, Raytheon will showcase the Lower-Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor, GhostEye® MR medium-range air and missile defense radar, and the National Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile System, all systems designed to detect and defeat complex threats across the battlespace.

Raytheon will also highlight its existing Early Warning Radar program in Qatar. The radar can track more than 1,000 objects at the same time from more than 5,000 kilometers away. It can tell ballistic missile and air-breathing threats from non-threats, and it can deter potential attacks.

DIMDEX 2024 will be held under the theme “Igniting the Future of Maritime Security and Beyond” bringing together key decision makers from around the globe to engage in three days of commercial exchange, showcase their latest innovations and integrated solutions, and provide thought leaders with an opportunity to discuss the latest challenges impacting international maritime security.
