Milkor and Starlight Italia signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) today to expand their partnership in the maritime domain. The signing ceremony took place at Milkor’s stand at IDEX 2025.
The signing ceremony was attended by Starlight Italia EMEA Sales Director Giovanna Iafrate and
Milkor UAE CEO Julian Coetzee.
Milkor is a global defence contractor operating across multiple domains. In the maritime domain,
Milkor delivers a variety of vessels designed to enhance maritime security in a variety of roles.
Starlight Italia is a private owned company, based in Italy, focusing on production of EO/IR/NV
systems for intelligence, surveillance, search & rescue missions for land and maritime
applications.
The purpose of the MoU is to streamline co-operation between the 2 companies, simplify system
integration, and offer the best possible solutions to clients around the world.
Mrs Iafrate stated that, “We work closely with system integrators such as Milkor to ensure our
night vision systems provide maximum value to the end user. We look forward to a productive
partnership with Milkor in future.”
