The Kalashnikov Concern on the weekend published an exclusive video of the use of the KUB loitering munition in the area of combat clashes in the Kursk region.

The product from the Kalashnikov Concern in the video hit a towed M777 howitzer of the Ukrainian Armed Forces made in the USA.

At the same time, Kalashnikov Concern President Alan Lushnikov emphasized in an interview with TASS today that the KYB guided loitering munitions are being delivered to the customer in accordance with the state defense order.

“We are increasing the production of these products every year. Just recently, this summer, we conducted another KYB test,” Alan Lushnikov noted.

The KYB system is being manufactured by Kalashnikov Concern JSC together with Izhevsk Unmanned Systems Research and Production Association LLC (Kalashnikov Concern).

The KYB is designed to destroy single and group armored vehicles in the enemy’s tactical depth. The line of guided loitering munitions is being improved through close cooperation with the customer: it is currently being supplied with upgraded versions of the KYB with increased power.
