UTC Aerospace Systems Expands Global Rescue Hoist MRO Capability

UTC Aerospace Systems, a unit of United Technologies Corp., is expanding its rescue hoist and cargo winch systems maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) capabilities in Asia, Europe and the Americas. The expansion activities include local affiliates opening new MRO centers of excellence, adding capability to existing UTC Aerospace Systems MRO sites, and licensing preferred providers to perform MRO services to exacting standards. Activities are underway now and are expected to continue worldwide through 2016. The expanded capabilities join existing UTC Aerospace Systems hoist and cargo winch MRO centers of excellence, operated by affiliates in Brea, California, and Saint Ouen L’Aumone, France.
