“Rosebank Engineering Australia” to be rebranded to “RUAG Australia Pty Ltd”

As of 24 February 2015 “Rosebank Engineering Australia” will be conducting business as “RUAG Australia Pty Ltd”.

Rosebank Engineering Australia is an established leading provider of MRO services (maintenance, repair and overhaul) for military aircraft in Australia. In support of the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) and the Royal Australian Navy (RAN), the Australian DMO (Defence Materiel Organisation) as well as many other leading defence companies, form part of Rosebank Engineering’s customer portfolio.

Rosebank Engineering Australia has been mainly active in Australia and Southeast Asia. In 2012 the Swiss technology group RUAG acquired Rosebank Engineering to increase its market share and expanded its presence in the Australasian market. The acquisition brought a new set of capabilities to Rosebank Engineering’s customers; at the same time, it also broadened Australia’s access to the global industrial aerospace and defence supply chain. The rebranding to RUAG Australia Pty Ltd is another significant step and demonstration of the Swiss technology group’s commitment to supporting its Australian clientele.

The rebranding will have no effect on the company’s legal status, including the ACN (Australian Company Number) und ABN (Australian Business Number), nor will it affect any contracts, orders and agreements currently in place. RUAG Australia Pty Ltd will adopt RUAG’s logo and claim.
